Why Your Business Brand Needs Hard-Hitting Images

There is a sameness to the photos for most Jiu Jitsu academies.
There is an argument for doing the tried and true for any kind of branding photograph – if you look like every other business in your category it assures the viewer that you are a legitimate member of the club.
But it also tells them you are no different than any other member of the club. And that means there is no reason to choose you over anyone else.
For Form Jiu Jitsu Academy I wanted to produce something different.
Form’s studio is fairly non-descript, but the members aren’t, so the focus was on them. Both the intensity of the grappling and the friendly camaraderie.
Three of the photos from the shoot were posted on Instagram, spread out over three weeks, accumulated more than 2,000 views. POW!
