CASE STUDY:                     BAD GIRL MICHAELA

Michaela is a model who was consistently hired to pose as a young bride or housewife. For these shots, the stylist would inevitably straighten her naturally curly hair. Her agency gave me instructions to instead maximize the curl in her hair, which stylist Renea Dyson turned into a ‘doo she called “full lioness.” After some standard shots we decided to go a step further, and basically re-enacted Grease, turning sweet Michaela into a full blown bad girl. The turquoise sparkle eye shadow from makeup artist Dee Felder, was a particularly nice touch.
